Institute for Innovation and
Social Entrepreneurship
Our vision
"Social entrepreneurship is an effective and responsible way of tackling societal needs which neither public services nor market logic can fully satisfy. Social entrepreneurship works for the benefit of individuals and the common good, in the context of sustainable development, in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. Social entrepreneurs drive innovation and have a positive impact on public authorities and private profit-based organisations, enabling them to generate systemic change". Thierry Sibieude, and the team at the Institute for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (IIES)
Students on the "Social Enterprise General Management" diploma programme and pupils of the Social Entrepreneurship Chair are currently on a field trip in respectively Montreal and Boston.
