CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - “General Management for Social Enterprise” (MGES) diploma programme

IIES created this training programme in 2007, in partnership with the National Home Help, Care and Service Union (UNA). This training programme:

• awards a level 1 diploma for managers from the charity sector and social and solidarity economy structure,
• allows participants to gain hands-on experience through the strategic project,
• is flexible and aware of participants’ professional responsibilities: 45 days spread over 9 months and one trip.
