A graduate of Toulouse IEP with a specialised postgraduate study diploma (DESS) in Development Sociology from the Sorbonne, Isabelle Bapteste worked for 7 years at the Ecole Polytechnique where she set up and coordinated the equal opportunities project entitled “A grande école: Why not me?”, whilst at the same time managing projects for the revision and creation of the Ecole website. She joined the Institute to develop distance learning programmes designed for managers, social entrepreneurs and managing executives from the social economy.
