Without the support of our founding partners, associate partners and project partners, the Institute for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (IIES) would never have become what it is today.

IIES was created thanks to initial support from the Fondation de France then developed with the support of its founding partners who committed themselves to working alongside the teaching team. The partners undertake to work jointly with the teaching team in teaching and applying research techniques, thus providing precious support for IIES’ work.
As well as offering internships and employment opportunities to students on our programme, our partners share their expertise on Social Entrepreneurship.
Our partners also help IIES set up specific projects. Notable examples include the support given by the Délégation Interministérielle à la Ville (Inter-Ministerial Town Delegation) in the context of the “A grande école: Why not me?” programme, since 2002.
Research conventions with our partners on BOP issues in the North (Caisse d’Epargne Ile de France) and BOP in the South (Véolia Eau in Bangladesh) have also been set up.
The ESSEC group offers partnership opportunities to businesses and institutions investing in development issues through private initiatives working for the common good.
