Délégation Interministérielle à la Ville (Inter-Ministerial Town Delegation)
The Délégation Interministérielle à la Ville et au développement social urbain (DIV - Inter-Ministerial Town and Urban Social Development Delegation), created by the public authorities in 1988, is a task administration under the authority of the Town Delegate Minister. The DIV prepares the deliberations of the inter-ministerial committee and supervises its decisions. It works to get influential individuals in town policy on board, strive for coherence and efficiency, coordinate professional networks for urban social development and conduct European and international exchanges with States facing urban social development problems.

The DIV is supporting the Institute for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship in the context of the “A Grande Ecole: Why not me?” programme.
